Typographical Errors

This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, a credit will be issued to your account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Important Notes

Shipment Issues: If a shipment arrives in your city but you do not respond, it will be returned to the origin city. You will be refunded 60% of the product cost (plus applicable customs charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Missing Products: Report missing products within 3 days of receiving the shipment. If an order is not received within 60 days, contact us immediately. We may not address concerns reported beyond this timeframe.
Customs Delays: Shipments may be delayed due to customs requirements. If additional documents are needed and not provided, we cannot offer a refund if the shipment is confiscated.
Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery, we will attempt to return the shipment to the origin city. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the item cannot be returned, no refund will be issued.
Not Fulfilled Products: Products not fulfilled by bigbazaar.life may take up to 60 days to deliver. We may cancel such products and refund you if there are delivery issues.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes raised within 60 days of order processing will result in a 60% refund of the product cost (plus applicable customs charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Guidelines: Orders can be canceled for personal reasons if the shipment has not been processed. If the shipment has been processed or left for your country, we cannot cancel the order. Refunds will be 60% of the product cost if the shipment has been processed.

Import Fees Deposit

bigbazaar.life provides estimates for customs duties, taxes, and fees (“Import Fees”) during checkout and handles customs clearance on your behalf for eligible countries and regions.
