    After one week of usages I would say this TV is deal of the year, Awesome picture quality & Sound is also good for the room.

    Apart from TV the service which is provided by LG & bigbazaar.life are fantastic, instillation done on the same day of delivery and the best part LG & bigbazaar.life both are chasing me for instillation. The Service engineer are very supportive pre & post installation.

    I have seen lot of people are concern a out the magic remote, there is no need if you have download the app thin q and also with xterm airtel setup box they will provide magic remote, that you can easly connect with TV remote as well.

    Well after a lot of research we finally decided to go for this TV. The delivery was top notch so was the installation services by LG. Installation was a breeze. Now coming to the product, it comes with a standard remote but you can buy the LG magic remote from a store. If you’re tech savvy you can just download the ThinQ app on your phone.. it does the same work. The OS is smooth and the TV comes preloaded with all the essential apps. I only had to download Youtube. The screen quality is good but the blacks could be better. Sound is sufficient for a medium sized room. Haven’t connected the set top box so can’t say anything about upscaling. Well after a week’s usage, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

    This is the best tv in this price range, i researched for a month before buying this. Its much cheaper than the um7300 and you can buy the magic remote from the service center for 1800.. the picture quality is really good amd the web os interface is probably the best in the market. The sound quality is good. You don’t get deep bass but that’s anyway not expected from a tv speaker in this price range. Overall sound effects and clarity are above expectation. The bezels of the tv are slightly thick and that’s probably my only complaint apart from that I would highly recommend this product.

    The picture quality is excellent. There is a perceptible difference with the UHD. Normal SD picture quality is also good. Sound quality is also decent for a flat screen TV. Very good delivery experience and Installation experience with LG. LG Customer care really responds when you call them rather than play long waiting music. So thats all good.

    As I said, the strong points are that the picture quality is simply great. Connects well to other devices such as Soundbar or AirPlay or Bluetooth or laptop with HDMI connection. Once connected to the internet, the software will need an update. Also, sometimes the date and time do not update and you have to go into the menu to correct this. But these are minor issues and overall the TV is a joy to watch.

    I have been using this product for a week now, so here are my impressions:
    1) Picture Quality is great. Blacks look deep. Gets fairly bright. Easily visible in broad daylight.
    2) Sound is good. Wall mount would provide the surround sound.
    3) You get a single remote which is Bluetooth enabled aka air mouse or magic remote. works like a charm.
    4) Plenty of ports. Connectivity is good.
    5) Pre-installed web browser to surf the internet.
    6) Videos look so smooth/fluid because of the 120Hz refresh rate.

    Few things to note before the purchase:
    1) It is NOT an android TV. It runs on a LG’s own OS WebOS.
    2) You have to rely on LG content store for apps, which is very limited. I mean very very limited. It doesn’t even have hotstar or Sonyliv app. But you can open these websites on the browser.
    3) Yes it does have voice search feature but it is not very reliable. Google assistant would have been great.
    4) Apps take some time to load, not a deal breaker but wanted to mention here.

    Final thoughts: I got this TV in under 60k and pretty pleased with the purchase.

    Very superb TV in terms of picture quality, sound quality.. … again LG not failed… Fan of LG brands.. but have not seen such worst installation.. the guy is so pathetic that he fixed 2 screw for bracket and telling that “Fix hogaya and nothing will happen.. I’ll give guarantee”…and that 2 those screws were not fixed properly… He is using hammer for fixing the screw.. when I asked that why r you using non standard methos .. for that he is telling that don’t worry sir.. I’m doing same kind of work … Dono how many times , he has done same thing in other places.. because of these people, LG will suffer.. for installation guy and method – 0/5..

    Mind blowing picture quality. being a VA panel, it has deep blacks making watching movies a great experience. Play the right 4k video on YouTube or Netflix and you’ll be transported into the scene by the colors and details. it’s a smart TV not Android TV but I didn’t go for the Android TV as it has IPS panel which is good for gaming but doesn’t give the best blacks.

    It is an amazing product from LG. I ordered 49inch led tv and it got delevered next day. The product was packed myself. Installation engineer came to install next day, but by this time, i had unboxed product myself and powered on tv. Since all we have smart mobiles, it wad easy to configure. Also the configuration steps is so simple and self explanatory just configured my tv within 20min. This TV supports wifi, and miracast and usb, hdmi, so far i have tried all featured expect hdmi, miracast is amazing works perfect to any mobile and tabs.

    Problem with casting.. another app have to installed to cast phone screen to tv. If ph is old then no need to install any app for cast screen.. for new models of mobiles u have to install 3rd party apps from play store.. picture quality is good.. sound is normal.. no bass in speaker if u play vedio in full sound.. it will be give u a cracky sound.. i am not very happy with this quality of sound.. overall its ok.. but not too good.. one another thing tv finishing is bery bad.. power light just covered with a normal tranparent plastis cover.. its looking very bad.. connection and screen refresh rate still now very good..

    Pros: 50 inch at a good price. Wonderful picture quality, and even the sound is quite good. The magic remote feature is a very nice to control with a mouse pointer like behavior.
    Cons:
    The remote playback controls needs more speed options..it’s either 10 seconds or 5 minutes at one click with different fast forward options. So the playback control is with little discomfort, which is the only drawback for this magic remote. But no need of set-up box remote… amazing magic remote
    Very slow installation service, but easy to install ourselves with at least 2 persons needed for 40+ inch TV. Received product 4 days back and no contact from LG even though the service request was raised by Sale-Bazaar same day. Glad I did the installation myself otherwise the TV would be sitting in the box in a corner.

    Update: hotstar app is launched recently on LGwebos….

    There is nothing to dislike about this TV, great picture and sound quality, very easy user interface, and magic remote make it all much easier. The best part what i liked about this TV, it never gives eye strain at all. Switch of all lights, make the room as dark as possible and watch high def movies or show for hours, you will feel no eye strain. That was my biggest concern as I bought this product for my parents.

    Almost a week now of using it and after binge watching 3-4 series in excitement of a new TV.
    Picture quality and modes are excellent. Colors are accurate. IPS panels are more color accurate. Viewing angles are perfect. 4K looks super real. HDR engine is also great.
    Sound level and quality is very good for a 15ftx15ft room. The bass could have been deeper but you’ll not miss it unless you’re bass head.

    Software is seamless with in-built netflix, prime, hotstar and google apps.

    Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

    TV is really nice. 4k contents from Netflix and Amazon prime looks amazing on it. Sound quality is decent. If you are good to put the TV in a big room aur hall, u might need external speakers.
    The one and only issue with this TV is WebOS. TV is based on this OS, and it has very limited apps. It has the major apps though. Netflix, prime, hotstar, zee, youtube, spotify etc are present.
    No SonyLiv app yet which I really miss.

    This was delivered as per the dly date mentioned. The company guy came and installed. Had told him earlier that i would like it wall mounted, so he got the bracket as well. I was thinking that i might have to shell out extra for the bracket, but he didnt charge.
    We did take sometime to get used to the UI but have to add that the Usability features are very intutive. No problems there.

    I have been using this product for a week now, so here are my impressions:
    1) Picture Quality is great. Blacks look deep. Gets fairly bright. Easily visible in broad daylight.
    2) Sound is good. Wall mount would provide the surround sound.
    3) You get a single remote which is Bluetooth enabled aka air mouse or magic remote. works like a charm.
    4) Plenty of ports. Connectivity is good.
    5) Pre-installed web browser to surf the internet.
    6) Videos look so smooth/fluid because of the 120Hz refresh rate.

    Few things to note before the purchase:
    1) It is NOT an android TV. It runs on a LG’s own OS WebOS.
    2) You have to rely on LG content store for apps, which is very limited. I mean very very limited. It doesn’t even have hotstar or Sonyliv app. But you can open these websites on the browser.
    3) Yes it does have voice search feature but it is not very reliable. Google assistant would have been great.
    4) Apps take some time to load, not a deal breaker but wanted to mention here.

    Final thoughts: I got this TV in under 19k and pretty pleased with the purchase.

    Picture quality is really good in all modes. Easy to change the modes using the magic remote (bought optionally).

    Really simple yet effective navigation to switch between DTH and smart TV. We did not want to share our entire personal history by buying an Android TV. So, this offers the best user experience and does not rely on how much personal data you would have to sacrifice.

    The magic remote does not do a good job of recognizing simple voice commands and would have to repeat to get it right.
