Return and Refund Policy

Important Notes

  • Undelivered Shipments: If your shipment arrives in your city but there is no response from you, it will be returned to the origin city. In such cases, we will refund 60% of the product cost (and applicable customs charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Missing Items: If you find any product missing upon receiving your shipment, you must notify us within 3 days. If your order is not received within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us immediately. Concerns reported after this period may not be accepted.
  • Customs Issues: In rare cases, shipments may get stuck in customs and require additional documentation or declarations from you. Failure to provide the required documents will result in no refund, as the shipment may be confiscated by customs authorities.
  • Incomplete Documents: If a shipment is returned to the origin due to incomplete documents, we may refund only the product cost.
  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order, the delivery fee and 40% of the product cost will not be refunded.

Refused Delivery

  • Return to Origin: If you refuse delivery, bigbazaar.life will attempt to return the shipment to the origin city. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount will be calculated as follows: Product cost – Return cost = Refund amount. This refund will be issued once the shipment returns to the seller. If the product cannot be returned to the origin city, no refund will be provided, as the item will be disposed of by customs in your country.

Not Fulfilled by bigbazaar.life Products

  • Delivery Time: Products not fulfilled by bigbazaar.life may take between 4 to 30 days to deliver. If there are any issues with the delivery, we may cancel the product(s) from your order and issue a refund. We will expedite the process for such products as soon as they arrive at our warehouse from the sellers. If any product is canceled due to stock issues or restrictions, we reserve the right to process the remaining items in your order. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 working days.

Dispute Resolution

  • Dispute Period: If a dispute is raised within 60 days after the order processing, we will refund 60% of the product cost (and applicable customs charges). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the Shipment Has Not Been Created/Processed: If the shipment has not been processed by the seller, a full refund will be issued.
  • Note: Orders cannot be canceled once the shipment has left for your country.

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays or transport issues
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
