We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, food items)
    • Personal hygiene products (e.g., innerwear, beauty products)
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Visit My Orders in your BigSaleIndia account.
  • Select the item you wish to return and choose the reason.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
  • You will receive updates via SMS and email.

  • Our delivery partner will collect the product from your address.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage.
  • In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality checks:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or wallet within 7-10 working days after verification.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once the refund is initiated.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order for your preferred item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide images of the product and packaging for quick resolution.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Products are returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
  • Products show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
